Responsibilities Prepare and assemble menu items with precision, adhering to quality standards and recipes. Operate POS systems such as Square POS and SpotOn POS to process retail sales transactions accurately. Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including kitchen equipment and service areas. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales efficiently. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support quick service times during busy hours. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating supply needs promptly. Provide excellent customer service by engaging positively with patrons, answering questions, and serving with enthusiasm. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or food trucks with a focus on fast-paced environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS and SpotOn POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong culinary experience combined with knowledge of food safety management and sanitation practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly without compromising quality. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities. Competence in operating kitchen equipment safely while maintaining a clean workspace. Effective cash handling skills along with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances the customer experience. Knowledge of food industry standards, serving protocols, and food handling regulations. Clean driving record Experience with large vehicles and or trailers is prefered.
