Part Time FedEx Delivery Helper

Could lead to full time work for the right person. This is a new role with our company and we are very flexible in how we handle this. We may even have the helper meet our driver at a designated mall location so they can begin day at the mall. The mall can have between 20-30 small stops that helper would be responsible for delivering. The large bulk stops will be handled by the driver. Candidates will need to have a clean driving record and pass a background check. Responsibilities Delivering all stops as required in the mall to help the delivery driver the ability to handle the bulk stops. Help ensure packages are sorted correctly and loaded efficiently for timely deliveries. Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with recipients during package drop-offs. Perform lifting and moving of packages, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times, using a large cart to safely maneuver through halls and stores. Ensure accurate scanning and signature compliance as required by FedEx. Collaborate with drivers to ensure all packages are delivered accurately and on schedule, supporting route driving efficiency. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Warehouse experience or familiarity with logistics operations is a plus. Previous delivery driver experience or courier background is highly desirable but not necessary. Hussle, great attitude, professionalism go along way with us. Physical strength for heavy lifting, moving packages, and working on your feet for extended periods. Ability to follow safety guidelines during route driving and package handling tasks.
