As a Technical Delivery Specialist, you will support high-performing software development teams by helping drive delivery execution, improving team coordination, and keeping priorities aligned across projects and stakeholders. You'll play a key role in maintaining delivery momentum, removing blockers, and helping teams deliver business value efficiently and consistently.
Pay Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 annually What you will do?: Facilitate team ceremonies (Daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Backlog refinement, and Sprint reviews) Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to maintain clear priorities, aligned execution, and sprint readiness Coordinate delivery activities, manage dependencies, and proactively remove blockers impacting progress Promote consistent delivery practices that improve collaboration, accountability, and execution flow Monitor delivery health metrics and help teams identify opportunities for continuous improvement Facilitate communication and transparency across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership Foster a team culture focused on ownership, adaptability, collaboration, and operational excellence What you bring to the table!: Two plus (2+) years of experience in a Scrum Master, delivery coordination, or Agile delivery role Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments Familiarity with software delivery lifecycles and cross-functional technology teams Experience supporting operational improvement or business transformation initiatives Scrum or Agile certification preferred but not required At this time, Master Electronics is unable to provide employment visa sponsorship or transfer sponsorship for this position.
