Delivery Driver and Installer - Urgent Hire

Paradise Grills , America's LARGEST Outdoor Grills and Furniture Manufacturer is looking for a talented, high-energy, and hard-working Delivery Driver and Installer. This position will require you to do some out of state deliveries as well so must be able to obtain a DOT Medical card. Job Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading and installing outdoor grills, furniture, and appliances for Customer Home Deliveries. As a team player, you genuinely like to help other people and love being on a winning team. We are seeking candidates with a commitment to exceeding expectations. We are a fast-growing company looking to add full time dependable, trustworthy, and permanent team members to our excellent crew. This position will require overnights on occasion for out of town trips so must be flexible with your schedule. It is Monday - Friday. Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record. This is a very fast-paced position. • Life Insurance Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Ability to drive 26 ft box truck Provide exceptional customer service as you safely load transport and deliver to customer's homes.

Load and unload outdoor grills, furniture, appliances and kitchens for delivery. Deliver and Install at the customer's home. (You will be delivering and installing our outdoor kitchens in customers backyards.) Must be able to use tools (drill, ladder, level, stucco) Must maintain a professional personal appearance and communicate professionally Maintains condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, etc.). Follows safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same. Must be comfortable with heavy lifting (50-150 pounds) Education and Experience

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred Required Qualifications
• Valid driver's license
• Pass background test (clean driving record)
• Ability to lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly.
