We provide the vehicle, training, uniforms, free snacks and water, and the support you need to succeed—you bring the positive attitude, commitment to safety, and strong work ethic.

Job Summary:

As a Delivery Associate, you'll be the face of the company—safely delivering packages to homes and businesses while maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Shifts Available:

Full-time (up to 40 hours/week) Part-time (up to 30 hours/week) Day shift Weekdays and at least one weekend day

What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes Load, unload, and prepare the delivery vehicle Follow safety procedures and navigate using a company-provided handheld device Communicate professionally with customers and team members Assist team members if operational support is needed Maintain a clean and organized vehicle Perform vehicle inspections before and after routes Work safely in varying weather conditions, including Bakersfield heat

Requirements:

Must be 21 years old or older Valid U.S. driver's license required Must be eligible to work in the United States and read and write English Able to lift packages up to 50 pounds Comfortable getting in and out of a delivery vehicle throughout the day Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts Must pass a background check and drug screening where permitted by law Good communication skills and teamwork mindset Ability to work at least one weekend day

Work Schedule & Breaks:
