Training Location:

FedEx Ground Terminal 555 N Harbor Blvd La Habra, CA 90631

Primary Work Location After Training:

FedEx Ground Terminal 3255 S Cactus Ave Bloomington, CA 92316 Important Training Information New hires will complete their initial training at our La Habra/Brea location for the first few days. After that, drivers will transition to on-route training before moving into their permanent assignment at our Bloomington terminal . What You'll Do Safely operate company-provided delivery vehicles, including Transit Vans and Step Vans Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers safely and efficiently Load, unload, and organize packages for your assigned route Follow delivery routes while complying with all traffic laws and FedEx safety standards Provide outstanding customer service at every stop Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, traffic, or route issues Maintain accurate delivery records Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a FedEx background check, DOT physical, and drug screen (paid for by the company) Strong communication and time management skills Able to lift and move packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule Full-Time Positions Available Seasonal Positions Available with opportunities to transition into full-time after Peak We operate 7 days a week Drivers must have flexible availability , including weekends and holidays as needed Start time: 7:00 AM Routes typically last 8-10 hours Average 150 stops per day Average driving distance 50-70 miles per route Pay $22.00
