Join The Superfood Company as part of our Farmer's Market Crew! We're a fast-growing, gut-friendly beverage brand, and we're looking for an outgoing, responsible, and energetic individual to help bring our products to life at local farmers markets.
What You'll Do:
Be the face of our brand at farmers markets in San Diego & Orange County , engaging with new customers and sharing our delicious, healthy drinks. Start your day bright and early (sometimes as early as 5:00 a.m.) and set up our booth for success. Drive our company vehicles (Sprinter vans or trailers) from our Carlsbad Warehouse to various market locations—no need to use your own car! Hit high sales goals by actively talking to customers, sharing the benefits of our products, and making sales. Keep things moving by lifting and setting up products (you'll need to consistently lift 50 lbs). Help with inventory, stocking, and making sure everything runs smoothly during the market.
What We're Looking For:
You're reliable, responsible, and disciplined—being on time is crucial! You're healthy, fit, and full of positive energy to help create a fun, engaging environment for customers. Outgoing and love talking to people—this is a sales job, so engaging new customers is key! Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation to our Carlsbad warehouse. Available for part-time work (8-21 hours per week), with shifts starting early in the morning.
