Part-Time Driver/Valet

As a Driver/ Service Valet , you play an important role at Norm Reeves Ford . You help create a great experience for our guests along with our fleet department. This role is primarily road-based and responsible for delivering and picking up vehicles for fleet and service customers, while also assisting on-site as needed. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone motivated to start a career in the automotive service industry. What You'll Do:

Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location Controls service traffic flow and parking Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage Assists service advisors when needed Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc. Maintains a professional appearance Tag keys and place mirror tags in all vehicles Move vehicles to appointed parking area and ensure all windows are up and all vehicles are locked Fill in for shuttle drivers as needed Bring customers' vehicles to the front of service drive when directed Ensure customers' vehicle is free of dirt and grease from their service visit Guides vehicles through the car wash Light lifting duties when needed

What You'll Need:

Full time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Experience driving a range of vehicles; manual transmission a plus.
