We're a fast-growing, family-run team that values hard work, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Position Overview We're hiring motivated Delivery Drivers to join our Amazon delivery team. In this role, you'll drive an Amazon-branded van to deliver packages to homes and businesses on an assigned route. No prior experience required — we provide full paid training. You'll represent both X Speed Logistics and Amazon with professionalism and care. Compensation & Benefits $22.50 - $33.75 per hour (based on performance & experience) Unlimited Weekly Bonuses & Incentives 401(k) with Company Match Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Savings Options Company-provided uniforms, vehicle, and fuel Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Typical shifts: 4-5 days per week, up to 10 hours per shift Weekend availability preferred Routes start in Anaheim and cover Orange County Responsibilities Safely operate an Amazon-branded delivery vehicle Load and organize packages efficiently Deliver 200+ packages per route with accuracy and speed Navigate using GPS and manage deliveries on a handheld device Lift packages up to 50 lbs and walk stairs/driveways as needed Maintain a professional, positive attitude with customers and teammates Follow all company safety and delivery procedures Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license (no CDL required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Consent to pre-employment drug screening Clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Why Join X Speed Logistics?
