Delivery Driver Location Costa Mesa, California, 92626 Category Corporate

Onsite Delivery Driver This position operates a class C commercial vehicle to service field locations and is responsible for the loading and unloading of transported materials. Job Duties Drive truck to branch offices within an average radius of approximately 220 miles from the A.O. Load and unload trucks at delivery and hub locations, utilizing electric and standard pallet jacks, or dolly's where necessary. Maintain vehicle and delivery records as required by regulation or procedure policies. Maintain inspection logs of vehicle. Keep all fluid levels within recommended levels, check battery, tires, and brake system. Conduct minor maintenance items based upon inspection. Assist warehouse staff as needed when not on a delivery Organize and maintain the work environment.

Qualifications:

Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) by resident state preferred 3-5 years experiential event experience preferred CPR, First Aid, and Fire Extinguisher Training/Certification preferred Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards required along with minimum limits of automobile liability insurance Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory requirements under section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier (FMC) regulations Great communication skills and Microsoft Office experience Ability to work independently and/or as a team member High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification Availability to work a 40-hour work week, including potential non-standard business hours; including nights, weekends and holidays Ability to lift/carry hand freight weighing up to 75 pounds several times a week Ability to sit for extended periods of time, bend, twist, squat, climb in and out of truck Ability to follow instructions and complete required training The starting pay range for this position is: $22.17 - $29.53 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance. .
