  • 3:00 am to 6:00 am
Must Have:
2 Years Class A or B Food Service Route Delivery Preferred Penske Class B Box Truck Experience Preferred Class B w/air brake endorsement Clean Driving Record Able to pass pre employment
DOT Physical & Drug Test Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate Class A or B vehicles to deliver goods along designated routes.
  • Utilize CDL B or CDL A license with air brake endorsement for efficient transportation.
  • Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securement.
  • Follow delivery schedules and maintain accurate records of deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers for smooth delivery operations.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety and compliance.
Description:
As a Class A or B Delivery Route Driver in Sacramento, CA, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to their destinations. With core skills in driving, truck driving, and commercial driving, you will operate vehicles such as box trucks and tractor-trailers. Your premium skills in handling manual transmissions and refrigerated trailers will be valuable assets in executing deliveries effectively. Relevant skills in route driving, freight handling, and loading/unloading will ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Possessing a CDL B with Air Brake Endorsement or CDL A will be essential for meeting the demands of this role and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations.
