Early mornings, multiple days per week (consistent routes) We are a growing artisan food producer based in Escondido looking for a reliable delivery driver to handle early-morning wholesale and retail deliveries throughout North County San Diego. This is a key role — accuracy, speed, and professionalism matter. Responsibilities Pick up packaged orders from our Escondido facility Deliver to retail stores, cafes, and markets across North County Follow delivery schedule and route order Verify orders at drop-off Maintain clean, organized vehicle space Communicate clearly about any delivery issues or delays Represent the brand professionally with customers Requirements (must have) Valid driver's license and clean driving record On-time and dependable — early mornings are non-negotiable Able to lift and carry 30-50 lbs repeatedly Smartphone with navigation and messaging Comfortable working independently and moving quickly Prior delivery experience strongly preferred Preferred Experience delivering to grocery stores / cafes / markets Familiar with North County San Diego routes Food handling awareness
