Responsibilities Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments, facilities, and designated locations Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including wheelchair securement Ensure all safety procedures are followed, including proper use of seatbelts and wheelchair restraints Provide courteous, respectful, and compassionate service to all clients Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and client information as required Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and cleanliness Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-maintained vehicle at all times Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and facility staff Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices Report any incidents, delays, or concerns promptly

Skills Safe Driving Skills:
