Parts Driver

Primary Responsibilities Deliver parts (often automotive or mechanical) to customers, shops, or job sites Pick up parts from suppliers or other locations Verify orders before delivery (correct items, quantities) Load and unload items safely Maintain delivery schedules and routes Collect payments or obtain delivery signatures when required Communicate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, or customers Keep records of deliveries and receipts Daily Tasks Check delivery orders at the start of the shift Plan or follow assigned routes Inspect vehicle (fuel, tires, basic safety) Drive to multiple stops throughout the day Handle paperwork or digital logs Required Skills Good driving record and valid driver's license Time management and reliability Basic organization skills Customer service skills (you'll interact with clients often) Ability to lift and carry parts (sometimes 20-50 lbs or more) Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of automotive parts Experience with delivery driving or warehouse work Familiarity with GPS/navigation apps Work Environment Mostly on the road driving Some warehouse time (loading/unloading)
