Cannabis Delivery Driver 21+

Position Summary The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional delivery of cannabis products to authorized customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and strict adherence to all company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Deliver customer orders accurately and on time Handle all cash and card transactions Accurately balance your cash bag at the end of each shift Verify customer identity and eligibility at the point of delivery Ensure all products and documentation are handled according to company and regulatory requirements Provide courteous, professional customer service during all interactions Maintain the cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and equipment Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company protocols Accurately complete delivery logs, reports, and required records Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members Report any issues, delays, or incidents promptly Assist with additional tasks given by management Qualifications & Requirements Must meet all legal requirements to work in the cannabis industry Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass required background checks, as permitted by law Strong time management and organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to follow detailed instructions and company policies Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry packages up to 20lbs Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Work Environment This position involves frequent travel and interaction with customers in various locations. Employees are expected to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance at all times.
