Clean driving record only Must live in North County Nights and weekends are a must! MedLeaf Delivery is the first ever Medical and Recreational Cannabis Delivery Service licensed in Oceanside, CA. As the first legal cannabis company in Oceanside, we are committed to setting an example for the cannabis community and upholding high standards to break the stigma associated with cannabis. We are looking for experienced delivery drivers and retail employees. Your focus will be on maximizing efficiency and making sure patients are happy from start to finish throughout their ordering process. You will be working with dispatch to ensure patient satisfaction and smooth operations.

Ideal Candidate:

Clean Driving History and Valid Driver's License (REQUIRED) Cash Handling Experience Cash Register Experience Retail Employment Experience Responsible Honest and transparent Delivery Driving Experience Familiar with GPS navigation (Waze, Google Maps, Etc.) Comfortable with security demands of the position; going to customer's homes or business alone and possibly at night. Experience with Cannabis POS System Strong customer service skills Team player A minimal understanding of cannabis products and the cannabis industry preferred but not required Passionate about doing your best for the company Genuinely eager to provide excellent customer service

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Verify patient's ID to receive orders Cash handling, Debit Card processing Close a cash register at the end of shift/Accurate cash drops at end of shift Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve client's complaints Maintain delivery schedule based on incoming orders from dispatch Cleaning Delivery Vehicle Use POS system to process orders, make notes, and process payment Load, transport, and deliver cannabis orders in a safe and timely manner Provide troubleshooting and support to dispatch and patients as needed Assist with loading and unloading product from warehouse inventory to vehicle Perform regular vehicle checks before and after each day's shift Maintain an organized record of customer transactions throughout shift Willingness to jump between tasks and assist in different departments Not limited to the above tasks

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a delivery driver role Minimum of 1 year with cash handling/register experience Strong Work Ethic Minimum 25 Years of Age
