PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property, building areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access. Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying authorization as directed, and reporting suspicious conditions or policy violations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed. Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
