Professional Package Delivery Driver (1099 Independent Contractor) About the Role On Cue Solutions Group is seeking reliable and professional independent contractors to provide package pickup and delivery services throughout Southern California. Drivers must own a reliable minivan, cargo van, or Sprinter van and be committed to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver packages safely and on time Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch personnel Adhere to all traffic laws and safety requirements Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, reliable vehicle Requirements Valid driver's license Clean driving record Reliable minivan, cargo van, or Sprinter van Current vehicle registration and insurance Smartphone with GPS capability Ability to lift and transport packages safely Strong customer service and communication skills Previous courier, delivery, logistics, Amazon DSP, FedEx, UPS, or route-driving experience preferred Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor Flexible scheduling Competitive route-based compensation Growth opportunities with a growing logistics company Join On Cue Solutions Group and help deliver dependable service to customers throughout Southern California.
