$25/hr RC Willey is seeking a dedicated and reliable delivery driver to join our team and play a key role in delivering top-quality service. In this fast-paced, rewarding role, you'll be responsible for safely delivering furniture, appliances, and other products to customers' homes, all while ensuring exceptional service. We're looking for hardworking, customer-focused individuals who are committed to making an impact and upholding RC Willey's commitment to excellence. Compensation during the first approximate 4-month period, will be paid a training wage of $25 per hour

Key Responsibilities Operate a box truck or other Company vehicle Inspect merchandise for damage before loading item for delivery Examine and inspect merchandise for any damage and defects Safely maneuver heavy and awkward merchandise Provide outstanding customer service when delivering merchandise Resolve problems encountered during deliveries All other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Ability to lift up to 100lbs Able to work as a team and independently to meet goals Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver license and good driving history Drivers are required to obtain a DOT Medical Card within 90 days of employment Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Helpful but not required Previous experience in delivery, warehousing, or a similar physical role Familiarity with basic tools and equipment for assembling or handling products A strong track record of providing excellent customer service To help keep our associates and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
