Duties Load, unload, and organize food and equipment using tools like pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, and delivered on time while maintaining excellent customer interactions Follow route plans efficiently, adjusting as needed to meet delivery schedules Assist with heavy lifting and moving of catering supplies, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed Maintain detailed delivery logs, route documentation, and communicate any issues or delays promptly Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar role involving route driving and customer service Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or heavy vehicles preferred Ability to handle heavy lifting, moving supplies, and operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification is a plus) Strong knowledge of driving safety regulations and traffic laws applicable to commercial vehicles Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Comfortable working with manual transmission vehicles and performing routine vehicle maintenance checks Warehouse experience or familiarity with load & unload procedures is advantageous Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your driving skills make a difference!
