Full-Time | 5 days/week Job Overview We are seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Driver & Merchandisers (Non-CDL) to join our team. This is a temporary position, with assignments expected to last 4+ months, with the potential for extension based on business needs. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products, stocking inventory, and maintaining organized and visually appealing displays at retail locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and being hands-on in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a non-CDL box truck to complete daily delivery routes Load and unload products at the beginning and end of each shift Deliver products and service retail accounts consistently Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and remove outdated or damaged items Maintain clean and organized product displays in stores Use handheld devices to track deliveries and inventory Collect and document payments from retail accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Follow all company policies and safety guidelines Qualifications Valid driver's license in the state of employment Experience operating a non-CDL box truck Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using handheld devices for tracking and logs Previous route delivery, merchandising, or DSD experience preferred Must be able to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM Compliance Requirements This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
