https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AmIU3uzsXnw Job Scope and Purpose The Delivery Driver will support the day to day operations of the Delivery departments by transporting orders to customers in a timely manner. The Delivery Driver will be an efficient worker who is capable of working solo and accurately delegating, organizing, and executing tasks on their own. They will work with a small team to execute as many as 50+ tasks in a day. This position is exclusively located at our San Rafael location. Job Responsibilities Create an environment of "Customers First" with exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. Warmly and kindly interact with a wide variety of clientele. Assist in packing orders and routing your deliveries Clean and maintain delivery vehicles and other communal areas throughout your shift. Ability to answer phones and place customer orders. Ensure all Order Paperwork, Route Manifests, and Cash Transactions pertaining to your route are maintained accurately throughout the day with the proper signatures. Maintain professional interpersonal relationships with both staff and customers. Deliver anywhere from 15-40 orders on a daily basis. Ensure customers are handed accurate orders, and make sure customers are comfortable, happy, and satisfied with their delivery experience from start to finish. Keep acute attention to any customer issues and report as necessary to managers. Works with customer service team to resolve product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Cashier and keep aware of changing till totals and assess necessary till total for each route. Be cognizant of your surroundings while on the road keeping care of company vehicles. Have patience, understanding and a willingness to teach and be taught. Have a willingness to adapt to changing laws, regulations and the workplace. Maintain a clean driving record. Other duties as assigned.

Compassionate:
you understand where a customer is coming from and empathize with the issue they are facing. A clean driving record with the California DMV. Customer Service Experience. Proficient Computer Skills (Familiarity with iOS, Windows, and have a solid understanding of different forms of technology). A familiarity with California's cannabis track & trace system. Flexibility to work overtime hours as needed when required by business needs. Must be 21+ years of age and have the ability to complete a LiveScan background check as required by the City of Cotati. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull and balance up to 50 lbs. (100 lbs. with assistance) and must be able to do so with extreme care and caution. Must be able to drive, sit, and stand for extended periods while maintaining focus. Must be able to work in an environment with moderate noise.
