Collective - Santa Ana Overview Collective is seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our Santa Ana team. The ideal candidate will safely transport cannabis products to customers while ensuring compliance with all California cannabis regulations and company policies. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, safe driving habits, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Delivery Driver is responsible for completing timely deliveries, verifying customer information, handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with order preparation and inventory handling as needed. Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Customer Service Safely and efficiently deliver cannabis products to customers in accordance with California state laws and company procedures. Provide professional, friendly, and courteous customer service during all customer interactions. Verify customer identification and age upon delivery in compliance with legal requirements. Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, and delivered within scheduled timeframes. Maintain communication with management regarding delivery status and route updates. Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Compliance & Safety Adhere to all California cannabis regulations and company compliance standards. Maintain accurate delivery records, manifests, and transaction documentation. Follow all company security protocols for handling cannabis products and cashless transactions. Operate personal vehicles safely and responsibly while obeying all traffic laws. Order Preparation & Inventory Support Assist with preparing and organizing delivery orders prior to dispatch. Verify product quantities and packaging accuracy before deliveries leave the facility. Help maintain clean, organized delivery staging and inventory areas. Store & Team Support Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Collective brand positively in the community. Assist team members with daily operational tasks during downtime. Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with California cannabis regulations. Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous delivery, driving, retail, or customer service experience preferred. Ability to navigate delivery routes efficiently using GPS and mobile applications. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with deliveries and inventory handling. Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Preferred Skills Previous cannabis industry experience preferred. Familiarity with cannabis products and regulations. Experience using delivery management or POS systems. Bilingual skills are a plus. Work Environment Fast-paced cannabis retail and delivery environment. Frequent driving and customer interaction throughout scheduled shifts. Combination of on-road delivery work and in-store operational support.
