No late nights. No nonsense. At C & R Royal Service NAPA Auto Parts, our delivery drivers aren't just drivers—they're the front line of our customer relationships. You'll play a critical role in keeping our commercial customers running by delivering the right parts, on time, every time. What You'll Do Deliver parts accurately and on time to wholesale customers Plan and follow efficient delivery routes Provide top-tier customer service at every stop Pull, stage, and prepare orders for pickup and delivery Use the POS system to look up parts and process orders Maintain a clean, professional appearance and attitude Lift and handle parts up to 50 lbs When there are no deliveries, you'll be expected to assist with stocking and organizing inventory What We're Looking For Strong work ethic—no babysitting required Reliable and punctual (non-negotiable) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic automotive knowledge is a plus, not a crutch Team player who can also operate independently
