Position Summary We are expanding our in-house logistics capabilities and need a dependable, safety-focused Local Delivery Driver to operate our 22 ft box truck and handle high-value technology equipment. You will load, secure, transport, and unload sensitive IT hardware (servers, racks, etc.). You will complete required inspections, follow strict safety protocols, and support the warehouse team when needed. This is a full time permanent role, we offer opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a 22 ft box truck on local routes Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment (with proper tools) Perform and document pre- and post-trip inspections; report defects immediately Follow assigned routes, meet delivery windows, obtain signatures, and keep accurate logs Operate forklift and pallet jack (training available if needed) Assist with staging, packaging, and inventory tasks in the warehouse Maintain vehicle cleanliness and comply with all Sycomp, DOT, and customer site rules Minimum Requirements Valid California driver license and clean driving record 2+ years operating box trucks or similar vehicles Forklift experience preferred (or ability to certify within 60 days) Strong communication and customer service skills Must pass background check and drug screening Familiarity with DOT regulations is a plus
