This is a hands-on position combining local commercial deliveries and warehouse work . Drivers must be comfortable operating a 26-ft box truck and providing direct service inside customer facilities. This is not a drop-and-go delivery position. Our drivers are responsible for completing the delivery with the customer and making sure the order is properly received.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate company delivery vehicles, including a 26-ft box truck Load and unload customer orders Deliver products inside customer facilities to the designated delivery area Verify and count delivered products with the customer Obtain customer signatures and properly complete delivery paperwork Provide professional and courteous customer service Follow assigned delivery routes and safe driving practices Assist with pulling, receiving, stocking, and organizing warehouse inventory Maintain a clean and organized truck and warehouse Perform other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

Valid California driver's license and a good driving record Must be comfortable driving a 26-ft box truck Comfortable with frequent loading, unloading, and physical work Able to interact professionally with customers and accurately verify deliveries Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Delivery and/or warehouse experience preferred A DMV driving record will be reviewed as part of the hiring process Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a background check We are looking for someone interested in a steady, long-term position who understands that our drivers represent House Sanitary Supply at our customers' facilities.
