We are seeking a dependable, professional Catering Delivery Driver and Setup Associate to transport catering orders safely, accurately, and on time. This position is responsible for more than driving. The successful candidate will represent Encore Catering at each delivery and ensure every order is presented according to our standards. Primary Responsibilities Review delivery details, timelines, client notes, and setup instructions before departure Verify that all food, beverages, equipment, supplies, and service items are included Safely load and organize catering orders to prevent spills, damage, or temperature loss Drive company vehicles to client locations and event venues Deliver orders accurately and within the scheduled delivery window Unload food, beverages, and equipment at the delivery location Set up buffet displays, disposable service items, beverages, signage, and other order components Confirm the order and setup with the client or onsite contact before leaving Complete same-day or next-day equipment pickups when assigned Return equipment and supplies to the correct areas at Encore Maintain clean, fueled, and organized delivery vehicles Report vehicle concerns, delivery delays, missing items, or client issues immediately Follow food-safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures Maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly, helpful client service Qualifications Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions Comfortable driving vans and catering vehicles throughout the Denver metropolitan area Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds Able to load, unload, push carts, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods Comfortable using GPS and communicating by phone or text regarding deliveries Available for a flexible catering schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Catering, restaurant, hospitality, delivery, banquet, or event experience is strongly preferred Buffet setup and offsite catering experience is a plus What We Are Looking For The right candidate understands that every delivery represents Encore Catering.
