Full Job Description Job Overview:

This is a part time position, please read full job description. Only serious interest apply. Willing to hire mover or mover/driver. Flexible schedule, pick up jobs based on your availability. Weekend Hours 5-10 per week. More hours av if you also have weekday availability.. We service northern Colorado but also travel all over the state. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Mover/Driver to join our team. As a Mover/Driver, you will play a crucial role in safely transporting and delivering goods to our clients. If you are a reliable individual with exceptional driving skills and enjoy physical work, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Duties:

• Safely load and unload items onto trucks or trailers
• Secure items properly to prevent damage during transportation
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors for efficient operations
• Ability to be on your feet for 8-10 hours per day while consistently moving heavy items

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Successful completion of a background check and drug test
• Ability to pass a non DOT physical examination for driving company vehicles
• Clean driving record with experience driving moving trucks up to 26 feet in length
• Prior experience in moving, including loading trucks and protecting furniture
• Ability to load trucks properly to maximize space
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Previous experience in management or supervision is advantageous
• Proficiency in heavy lifting and performing physical labor consistently
• Capability to lift heavy objects, collaborate in team lifting tasks, and communicate within a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Exceptional time management skills with flexibility for travel up to 60 miles for jobs (paid drive time beyond 30 miles)
• Willingness to engage in moving jobs varying from 3 to 8 hours duration
