Job Description

Join the Silvermine Subs Team! At Silvermine Subs, we serve fresh, made-to-order sandwiches with great service and even better energy. We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated team member who can take the lead in the shop during their shift — preparing food, helping customers, and keeping things running smoothly. About the
Role:
This position is ideal for someone who can work independently and take ownership of the store's daily operations during their shift. While you're not a manager, you'll often be the primary person in the shop, with support from a delivery driver who assists with sandwich-making during busy times.
What You'll Do:
Prepare subs to order with accuracy and efficiency Deliver excellent customer service at the counter or over the phone Slice meats and cheeses using a commercial slicer Manage sandwich prep, order organization, and overall store cleanliness Coordinate with the delivery driver to get orders out on time Restock ingredients and maintain prep stations Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Help open or close the store (based on shift)
Pay :
