What you'll do: The Delivery Associate is responsible for supporting the accurate preparation, handling, and unloading of materials to customers and job sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently, safely, and with a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Unload drywall, insulation, steel studs, and other construction materials from delivery trucks Carry and stock drywall sheets in designated rooms and floors according to job site plans Work as part of a team to safely transport materials through residential and commercial buildings Inspect materials for damage and report shortages or discrepancies Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures Properly use material handling equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) Communicate effectively with supervisors, drivers, and crew members Assist with loading, cleanup, and other warehouse or job site duties as assigned Complete basic documentation related to deliveries, inventory, and order tracking Perform additional duties as needed What you'll bring: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to safely handle and move materials of varying sizes and weights Good communication and teamwork skills Customer-focused mindset and professionalism Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions Reliability and strong work ethic Experience in warehouse, delivery, or material handling roles Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment Familiarity with building materials or industrial products Valid driver's license (if driving is required) Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and move materials as required Ability to perform work in warehouse, yard, and/or outdoor environments Comfortability with exposure to varying weather conditions and equipment operation Ability to work early mornings, extended hours, or travel between locations if required What you'll earn: Health Care Benefits 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off Benefits for union‑represented roles are determine d by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.
