Job Description
Responsibilities :
Deliver pharmacy products to different addresses and through different routes. Completing vehicle inspections and safety checks in accordance with company standards. Report vehicle issues and necessary maintenance needs in a timely manner. Follow routes and time schedule to ensure delivery in a timely manner. Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle. Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints. Greet all patients professionally and with a smile. Provide exceptional customer service and behave as a representative of the company at all times. Encourage customers to write reviews about their positive experiences with our company. Ask patients about family members or friends that could benefit from our delivery service. Collect payments and perform necessary cashier duties. Inform customers about new products and services. Complete logs and reports. Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.Qualifications :
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying delivery orders Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleaguesNote:
