This role combines the essential responsibilities of safe and efficient commercial driving with engaging merchandising and customer service. As a key representative of our brand, you will deliver products to retail stores, set up displays, and build strong relationships with store personnel. Work 2-4 flexible days per week. Keep your weekends and evenings free. Responsibilities Safely operate 26 ft box trucks Transport merchandise efficiently to various retail locations, ensuring accurate delivery schedules and route adherence. Load, unload, and organize products Set up product displays, signage, and promotional materials in retail stores to maximize visual appeal and sales opportunities. Build positive relationships with store staff Upsell or recommend additional products based on customer needs to enhance sales performance while maintaining professionalism. Requirements Valid CDL driver's license with a clean driving record, and no DUIs. Basic math skills for handling pricing calculations, inventory counts, and transaction processing. Experience in retail store environments or merchandising is a plus for understanding product placement strategies. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and building lasting customer relationships. Ability to perform heavy lifting, physically capable of handling merchandise loads. Organizational skills to manage delivery schedules efficiently and keep accurate records of routes and sales activities. Prior experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous for maximizing product exposure.
