Daily responsibilities include:
Safely drive and operate a company-provided delivery van Load, organize, scan, and deliver packages Use a handheld device for route navigation and delivery instructions Deliver packages accurately, safely, and professionally Follow all safety, driving, and customer delivery procedures Get in and out of the van throughout the shift Walk, climb stairs, and carry packages during the route Work in varying weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, and snow Communicate with dispatch and team leaders as needed Support the team with rescue routes when needed What to Expect This is an active, fast-paced driving role. Routes may include 150+ stops per day , and drivers should be comfortable getting in and out of the van many times during a shift. Routes may vary by day, and specific route locations or exact finish times are not guaranteed. New drivers receive paid training and are typically introduced through a graduated route ramp-up so they can build confidence before moving into full routes.
