The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering roll-off dumpsters to various locations, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining accurate delivery records. This role requires a professional with experience in route driving and hook-lift trucks. The Delivery Expert plays a vital role in maintaining our company's reputation for timely and courteous service. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including hook-lift Ford F600 trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Load and unload dumpster using equipment such as Stellar hook lifts, ensuring items are secured properly for transit. Conduct route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining optimal fuel efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction upon delivery. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation. Document deliveries accurately, including signatures and delivery confirmations, using electronic or paper systems. Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with commercial driving experience involving small trucks or similar vehicles. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus but not needed. Experience operating hook lifts desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients. Familiarity with route planning and driving in various traffic conditions.
