Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Delivery Driver to support our technicians in the field. This role is responsible for transporting parts and materials, assisting with HVAC and refrigeration installations, and providing logistical and hands-on support at job sites. The ideal candidate has experience with route driving, warehouse operations, and interest or experience assisting skilled trades. Key Responsibilities Box Truck Driver, Equipment and Parts Delivery, Support the Installation Department, assist with Installations as needed. Load, unload, and securely transport parts and materials Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment safely Support installation teams by moving equipment, holding components, and performing basic mechanical support tasks as directed Use a manual transmission vehicle when required, including in heavy traffic Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, tools, and work areas Complete delivery and job-site documentation accurately and on time Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, technicians, and customers Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company standards DOT certification required Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ( CDL preferred but not required ) Experience in route driving, delivery, or courier services Ability to assist with HVAC/R installations or willingness to learn hands-on technical tasks Forklift experience preferred Ability to operate a manual transmission Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and materials Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing job-site needs Preferred Skills Commercial driving Box truck operation Route driving Forklift operation-Not Required Assisting technicians with installations Material handling / load & unload Customer service Basic mechanical aptitude #INDLP2
