Delivery Driver Job Description Title Delivery Driver Department(s) Warehouse Reports to Warehouse Manager Job summary Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, pulling and reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our client base. Minimum requirements 1. High School diploma or equivalent 2. Must be at least 23 years of age 3. Must have valid driver's license and good driving record. Driving record must be in good standing as determined by or Automotive Insurance Agent. 4. Must pass drug screening and background check. 5. Job requires 1-2 nights of overnight stay on the road per week. Abilities required 1. Good communication skills 2. Positive and professional attitude 3. Excellent customer service skills 4. Able to work without supervision 5. Self-motivated 6. Able to lift up to 100 lb. 7. Able to read and follow directions and maps

JOB FUNCTIONS 1.

Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods 2. Pack and load products onto trucks according to company's specifications 3. Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes 4. Unload goods as per client specifications 5. Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs 6. Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer 7. Keep vehicles clean 8. Restock shelves in the warehouse 9. Pull orders for delivery 10. Keep warehouse clean and free from trip and fall hazards 11.
