General Responsibilities:

The driver's main objective is: Prompt, Safe, & Accurate Deliveries Follow all written and verbal instructions from supervisors to ensure the objective is met Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road Always interact in a positive and professional manner while delivering products to customers' homes, retail stores, and business locations Apply solution-oriented approaches when faced with a customer inquiry, request, or concern Keep the customer informed of delivery progress/status to the best of one's ability Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles Assist in training other team members if need be

Qualifications and Skills:

Be eligible to work in the U.S.A. Possess a valid driver's license Possess a clean driving record Pass a drug screening test (THC not included) Be at least 21 years of age Be able to work in a fast-paced environment Be able to lift packages up to 70 lbs, Dollys provided Have great customer service skills Have a positive attitude and be a team player
