Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend support if needed About Us Marina Distributing is a growing beverage distribution company expanding into the South Florida market. We're hiring a reliable, customer-facing Delivery Driver to run our daily route from southern Miami up through north of West Palm Beach. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a new operation. You'll be the face of our brands at every account — convenience stores, smoke shops, kava bars, and specialty retailers — handling deliveries, collecting payment at the door, and keeping our products looking great on the shelf. Job Summary We're seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to transport Uchie beverages and branded equipment to local stores and partners. You'll be driving a cargo van , managing multiple stops per day, and handling large volumes of lightweight product (often 20-100+ cases per delivery). This is a fast-paced, physically demanding job ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move and takes pride in a job well done. Responsibilities Load, stage, and deliver beverage product along a daily route across the South Florida corridor Load and unload delivery van (cases weigh 10 lbs; 20-60+ per stop is common) Safely transport and unload promotional coolers (weighing up to 100 lbs) Operate a Ford Transit long wheelbase van in busy urban environments Ensure timely, accurate deliveries and obtain proof of delivery, and COD at each stop Communicate with the operations team for route updates and issue resolution Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and report maintenance needs Occasionally assist with in-store merchandising (stocking shelves, rotating product) General warehouse tasks like building pallets, and shipping orders. Coordinate daily with our local sales rep on order quantities, timing, and account needs Qualifications Must be 25+ years old Clean driving record (REQUIRED) Able to lift, stack, and move 10 lb cases (often over 500 lbs per stop) Capable of safely handling 100 lb coolers (with dolly or team help as needed) Experience driving large cargo vans (Ford Transit or similar) Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting and long delivery routes Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse roles is preferred Prior route delivery, courier, or driving experience preferred (beverage or DSD a strong plus) Knowledge of Los Angeles roads and retail geography is a plus Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude Comfortable handling cash and card payments with accuracy and accountability Smartphone-comfortable for our delivery and payment app Benefits Competitive hourly pay (commensurate with experience) Company vehicle Weekly pay schedule Opportunities to grow with a fast-moving startup brand Health, Dental, Vision, 401k To apply , please submit your resume and a short note about your interest.
