Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dependable Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the friendly face of our company, responsible for delivering packagesefficiently and safely to our valued customers. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and commitment to outstanding customer service will ensure every delivery experience is positive and memorable. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving expertise with sales acumen, helping to grow our business while providing top-tier service. Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to residential and commercial locations following designated routes. Ensure timely deliveries by planning efficient routes and managing schedules effectively. Engage with customers professionally, answer questions, and provide exceptional service during each interaction. Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales opportunities. Verify delivery accuracy, complete necessary paperwork, and obtain signatures as required. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine safety checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly. Organize merchandise on delivery vehicles for optimal space utilization and easy access during routes. Requirements Strong knowledge of route driving, traffic laws, and safety regulations. Excellent math skills for pricing calculations, measurements, and inventory management. Proven ability in heavy lifting and physical activity required for loading and unloading goods. Exceptional communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus, along with strong organizational skills for route planning.
