POSITION SUMMARY

: Dedicated to ensuring every order arrives with precision and punctuality, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. This includes adhering to company safety standards, following the scheduled delivery route, and carefully loading and unloading product. Every step involves a thorough inspection to ensure that every order is accurately checked, resulting in complete satisfaction for our valued customers.

PRIMARY DUTIES

:

• Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and best practices for safety when delivering items
• Engage proactively with team members to resolve any issues and ensure clear, open communication between our customers and team.
• Meet delivery deadlines and follow assigned delivery routes
• Utilize the POD system to effectively guarantee that customer needs are met with precise invoicing and appropriate credits.
• Perform basic truck maintenance, including refueling, conducting daily inspections, and promptly reporting any potential issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in handling and delivering food or other products
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Highly responsible and reliable
