Job Description
Overview Victory Mile Logistics is a veteran-owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) seeking dependable, hard-working team players to deliver Amazon packages. We are an independent company partnered with Amazon, focused on safety, accountability, and getting every order delivered on time. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery employees enjoy being out on the road, put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction. We offer full and part time positions. Compensation & Benefits $21.50/Hour (paid weekly) Paid Training Paid Overtime and Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Opportunity for performance incentives and bonuses Scheduling 10 hour shifts typical 4 day work week, to include 1 weekend day Shifts to start no earlier than 9 a.m and finish no later than 10 p.m 2 paid 15 minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30 minute break per shift Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Manage delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals at customer locations Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with a friendly attitude Use hand held devices for routing and customer delivery information Organize merchandise on delivery vehicles for optimal space utilization and easy access during deliveries Basic Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Must hold a non-provisions, unrestricted driver's license Must be authorized to work in the United States Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening(which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana) Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position) Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
