Delivery Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate routes efficiently. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations. Ensure timely delivery of products while adhering to scheduled routes. Load and unload items safely and efficiently, utilizing proper lifting techniques. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and delivery confirmations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns during the delivery process. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization. Follow all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred. Experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles; familiarity with manual transmission is a plus. Previous experience in delivery driving or route driving is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading goods. Forklift certification is a nice-to-have but not required; training may be provided. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is beneficial.
