Job responsibilities Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines Designs, builds, tests, implements, and maintains integrated business rule solutions using tools such as IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) to support product strategies and objectives. Translates business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and collaborates with technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Develops and executes comprehensive unit testing and functional tests to validate business rule changes and ensure defect-free implementation. Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation for business rules, requirements, impact assessments, and test plans. Proactively identifies, escalates, and helps resolve defects or issues discovered during testing and peer reviews, proposing effective solutions. Analyzes existing strategies and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and speed-to-market improvements. Builds strong relationships with business partners, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives.
