What You'll Do:
Deliver furniture to happy customers Drive our branded trucks and trailers Use tech tools like tablets and scanners Lead your helper with clear direction Keep customer service top-notch Deliver across the state of
Florida Pay & Perks:
Earn $45K/year on average—top drivers make $55K+ $14/hr. + loads of overtime + incentive for every stop and piece you deliver, +bonuses quarterly, and tips (tax free) Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance PTO after 90 days 401(k) with up to 30% company match Exclusive employee discounts
What You Need:
Valid driver's license with a clean record Able to work Tue-Sat with lots of overtime Lift 20-50+ lbs. (team lifts for heavier items) Great attitude, punctuality, and must speak English Commute to Largo, FL, to start your route Shift begins at 6:00 a.m. Arrive, drive, and no loading. Why Leaders?
