Job Description

Overview We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Delivery Driver to join our retail store operations. You will be responsible for documenting and finalizing all delivery transactions, safely transporting prescriptions, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Your primary goal is to provide excellent customer service to all of our patrons. Customer service or retail experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Availability Monday-Friday is required but open availability is preferred.

This position requires the use and operation of a company-owned vehicle. Applicants must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and must be 25 years or older to apply. Duties Safely operate the company-owned automobile, adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety practices. Plan and execute efficient delivery routes, ensuring timely arrivals while managing multiple stops throughout your shift. Engage with customers professionally to confirm deliveries, answer questions, and build lasting client relationships through excellent customer service. Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, route logs, and compliance records in line with organizational standards. Communicate effectively with store employees and clients to coordinate delivery schedules, report issues, or address special requests. Experience Previous experience with retail store operations and point of sale operations is highly preferred. Strong math skills for pricing calculations, route planning, and inventory management are essential. Proven ability to build positive customer relationships through excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. Knowledge of DOT regulations ensures compliance with safety standards during all driving activities.

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
