Delivery Driver FedEx Ground (Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal)

About the Position Empire Carriers Corp , an independent service provider for FedEx Ground, is currently seeking motivated and reliable delivery drivers to join our growing team. We offer full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities for individuals who take pride in their work and are ready to perform in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. As a FedEx delivery driver, you will report daily to the FedEx Ground terminal in Medley, FL , where you will load your assigned vehicle, complete deliveries and pickups, and return the vehicle at the end of your shift. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a delivery vehicle on assigned routes Load, transport, and deliver packages efficiently Perform scheduled pickups from customers Scan and track all packages accurately Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism Follow all FedEx safety and operational procedures Minimum Qualifications To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements: At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years Valid driver's license Legal authorization to work in the United States Clean driving record (no DUI, reckless driving, or major violations in the past 3 years) Clean criminal background (no major offenses within the past 10 years) Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening Ability to pass a 10-year background check Must be 21 years of age or older Basic communication skills in English and/or Spanish Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented What We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who: Have a strong work ethic Can handle a physically demanding job Are organized and detail-oriented Are committed to reliability and safety
