Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is now recruiting a Driver (Part-time) to join our team. An art-deco building and architectural landmark is home to the newest luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Mid-beach. The property boasts 287 guestrooms including 64 breathtaking suites and the ONLY Ocean-view arrival experience in Miami Beach. The design features elements of texture, art, and pops of color that create a unique and captivating experience. Each suite is designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, most with deep-soaking tubs, and cozy reading nooks. Guests can also enjoy private outdoor terraces with stunning views of the Atlantic and the Miami skyline. Unmatched amenities include a full-service spa, a well-equipped fitness center, a destination dining experience by José Andrés, two pools, and a Beach Club catering to the who's who of Miami. Job Summary As a Driver, you are responsible for transporting guests safely and courteously throughout the resort and designated destinations. You play a key role in delivering a five-star guest experience by offering attentive, professional, and knowledgeable service at all times. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Safely transport guests to and from resort locations or assigned destinations. Provide exceptional guest service with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. Greet passengers with a warm, welcoming attitude and assist with luggage when needed. Maintain thorough knowledge of resort services, amenities, and local attractions to answer guest inquiries. Communicate effectively with guests and staff, anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly. Inspect assigned vehicle before and after each shift, ensuring proper operation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met. Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and resort transportation policies. Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of both work areas and vehicles at all times. Report any incidents, accidents, or guest issues immediately to Loss Prevention and the Manager on Duty. Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times. Qualifications Requirements & Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Minimum 5 years of professional driving or hospitality experience. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (luggage handling as needed). Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset. Familiarity with local roads, traffic patterns, and key points of interest in Miami Beach is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional appearance and demeanor required.
