We are seeking a dependable and guest-focused Shuttle Bus Driver who thrives in a hospitality environment and is dedicated to delivering safe, courteous, and professional transportation services to our members and guests. The Shuttle Bus Driver opportunity is a part-time position located in North Naples, Florida. This role is ideal for a safety-conscious professional who enjoys interacting with members and contributing to an outstanding club experience.
Job Duties Include:
Operate the club shuttle safely and efficiently, completing frequent transportation routes with multiple stops throughout the day. Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including checks of tires, lights, brakes, fluids, and other safety equipment. Adhere to all local, state, and community traffic regulations and safe driving practices. Maintain communication with club staff via radio or phone and promptly report delays, incidents, or maintenance concerns. Assist members and guests while boarding and exiting the shuttle. Provide exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle vehicle, including sweeping, cleaning windows, and general upkeep. Perform an end-of-day inspection and final sweep of the shuttle to ensure all passengers have safely exited the vehicle. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned to support club operations.
Special Skills, Requirements, and Physical Demands:
Valid CDL Class A, B, or C License with Passenger Endorsement required. Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card) required. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality. Commitment to safety and professionalism. Ability to assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle. Ability to remain seated for extended periods while operating a vehicle and occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform light cleaning duties. Must pass all required pre-employment screenings, including background and drug testing. These standards are applied to all applicants regardless of national origin, race, or gender.
