) Position Overview The Delivery Associate is responsible for the safe transportation, handling, assembly, and in-home placement of high-end furniture. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, professionalism in clients' homes, and the ability to work independently while representing our brand at the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Safely load, transport, deliver, and install high-end furniture and décor items using white-glove service standards Lift, lower, push, and pull furniture weighing approximately 100-300 lbs (team lift as required) Properly wrap, pad, pack, and protect merchandise during transport Inspect, unbox, stage, assemble, and place furniture and accessories in customers' homes Perform accurate inventory checks and uphold quality control standards Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of box trucks and delivery equipment Communicate professionally with clients, providing courteous and solution-oriented customer service Maintain a clean, organized truck and work environment Assist with warehouse organization and showroom transfers as needed Schedule Monday-Friday , with occasional Saturdays Full-time position, minimum 40 hours per week Overtime availability required Requirements Valid, clean driver's license (required) Proven experience driving a box truck (required) Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture delivery, moving, and professional furniture wrapping (required) Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate next steps without constant direction Physically capable of heavy lifting and extended physical activity throughout the workday Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends Must pass drug testing (random) and background checks High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to travel to and work from both locations: Palm Beach Gardens & Delray Beach Compensation & Benefits $22.50 - $25.00 per hour , based on experience Stable, full-time employment Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work with luxury products and discerning clientele How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you would be a strong fit for Outside The Box Palm Beaches.
