Site Supervisor / Operations Manager Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our paving crew. This role goes beyond driving—ideal candidates will be team players who are willing to assist with general site cleanup and support tasks to ensure smooth operations and a clean, professional job site. Key Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and tools to and from job sites. Assist with loading and unloading materials, including pallets and paving supplies.

Perform basic handwork such as:

Picking up trash and debris left over from jobs Collecting and disposing of used pallets Helping clean and maintain job sites before, during, and after paving operations Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report any issues. Follow all DOT regulations and company safety protocols. Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors to coordinate deliveries and site needs. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients, vendors, and team members. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record. Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience (paving or construction industry preferred). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in outdoor environments. Willingness to assist with non-driving tasks as needed. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail. Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks.

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
